How do I get Pro back on a new phone?

Sign in to Google Play with the same Google account you bought Pro with, install Twang, then open the menu on the Home screen, choose Twang Pro and tap Restore purchases.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for Twang Pro are handled by Google Play. See Google Play's refund help.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep it, including every Pro activity added later.
